Hummingbird TMVP
Soft Panels
Hummingbird TMVP (TallyMan Virtual Panel) is a user-configurable virtual soft panel client offering signal flow management, monitoring, and device management to users through an intuitive control surface, enhancing operational workflow and introducing flexibility to outside broadcast and transmission facilities.
TMVP integrates seamlessly with TSL TallyMan or any other third-party control system to gain access to the extensive range of attached third party equipment to create sophisticated command, control and display systems that are limited in scope only by your imagination.
TMVP can also operate as a stand-alone system, using the creator software package to bring significant cost advantage to installations worldwide through ease of use and human workflow efficiencies.
Case Study Spotlight
Hummingbird TMVP was deployed as a modular hardware and software solution for U2’s Sphere residency in the ground-breaking Sphere venue. Through a virtual panel, users can configure a visual signal flow between multiple independent routers from different manufacturers, overcoming the limitations and confusion of managing several different vendor control solutions.
Operators gained confidence and rapid issue resolution with a virtual router that controls multiple crosspoints on a dynamic multiviewer, clearly showing the signal paths. By then overlaying this on a visual mimic of Sphere’s screen layout, they are able to achieve precise control, ensuring rapid and accurate failover switches and other operational workflows.
